1. Who we are. These Terms govern your use of the website operated by Protocol Labs, LLC d/b/a Protocol Peptides ("Protocol Peptides," "we," "us"), reachable at hello@protocolpeps.com. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to form a contract. You represent that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research or commercial entity authorized to acquire research materials.

3. Research use only. All products are sold for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices, and are not intended or approved for human or veterinary consumption, use, or diagnostic application. You agree not to resell, relabel, or use any product for human or animal consumption or for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic purpose. Any such use is a material breach of these Terms, is solely at your own risk, and voids all warranties.

4. No medical claims. Nothing on this site is medical advice. We make no representation that any product is safe or effective for any use in humans or animals.

5. Purchaser responsibilities & compliance with law. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your purchase, possession, handling, storage, disposal, import, and use of the products, including obtaining any required licenses or permits. For international orders you are the importer/recipient of record and are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs compliance.

6. Orders, pricing, and acceptance. All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected non-research use, prohibited destinations, or payment issues. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.

7. Payment (cryptocurrency only). Payments are accepted only in supported cryptocurrencies via our third-party payment processor. Cryptocurrency transactions are generally irreversible. You are responsible for sending the exact quoted amount, in the correct asset and network, to the address provided, within the quoted time window. Payments sent in the wrong asset, on the wrong network, in the wrong amount, or after the quote expires may be delayed, lost, or subject to the under/over-payment terms in our Refund Policy. We do not accept credit cards or other fiat payment.

8. Shipping & geographic restrictions. We ship only to jurisdictions we have approved. We do not ship to prohibited or sanctioned destinations. If your destination is not selectable at checkout, we do not ship there. See our Shipping Policy.

9. Checkout attestation. Order placement requires an affirmative research-use attestation. We record the attestation text, version, and timestamp with each order. An order placed without a valid attestation may be canceled.

10. Prohibited conduct. You may not use the site unlawfully, misrepresent your identity or intended use, circumvent geographic or age restrictions, or resell products in violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of warranties. Products and the site are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Given the research-only nature of the products, we make no warranty of fitness for any in-vivo, clinical, or consumption use.

12. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the products or the site will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Protocol Labs, LLC, its members, officers, and agents from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use, handling, or distribution of the products.

14. Governing law & disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes. We may update these Terms; the effective date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
