Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship. We ship to the United States and to a limited set of approved international destinations. We do not ship to jurisdictions where importation of our products is prohibited or restricted, or to sanctioned destinations. The list of eligible destinations is reflected at checkout: if your country is not selectable, we do not ship there. We may decline or cancel any order to any destination at our discretion.

2. Buyer is importer of record. For international orders, you are the importer of record. You are responsible for confirming that importing these research materials is lawful in your jurisdiction before ordering, and for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs requirements. See our Refund Policy for how refused, undeliverable, or seized shipments are handled.

3. Payment confirmation comes first. We accept cryptocurrency only, so orders enter processing after your payment is confirmed on-chain. Delays in blockchain confirmation delay shipping.

4. Processing & transit times. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Typical transit estimates: 3–7 business days domestic (US), 7–21 business days international. These are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude customs delays.

5. Shipping costs. Calculated at checkout based on destination and order contents.

6. Customs, delays, and seizures. International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, delay, or seizure. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers. If a shipment is seized or refused because of the destination jurisdiction's import restrictions, the loss is the buyer's — see Refund Policy §6.

7. Address accuracy. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. Shipments returned as undeliverable due to address errors may be reshipped at your cost.
