1. Research use only. All products sold by Protocol Labs, LLC d/b/a Protocol Peptides are supplied for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices. They are not intended, approved, or authorized for human or veterinary use, consumption, ingestion, injection, application, or for any clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or in-vivo use.

2. No approval; no medical claims. Our products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority for human or animal use. We make no claim, representation, or warranty regarding safety or efficacy for any use in humans or animals. Nothing on our site is medical advice.

3. Buyer qualification & attestation. By purchasing, you attest that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or authorized purchaser, and that you will use the products solely for lawful research purposes and never for human or animal consumption. This attestation is required and recorded at checkout.

4. Handling & safety. Research products must be handled only by qualified personnel using appropriate safety practices, equipment, and controls, and must be stored and disposed of in accordance with applicable law and good laboratory practice. Consult the product documentation and applicable safety data before handling.

5. Prohibited uses. You may not use, resell, repackage, or distribute any product for human or animal consumption or for any drug, food, supplement, cosmetic, therapeutic, or diagnostic purpose. Doing so violates our Terms of Service and may violate law; you assume all resulting liability.

6. Compliance with law. You are responsible for compliance with all laws governing the purchase, possession, import, use, and disposal of research materials in your jurisdiction.

7. Enforcement. We may refuse or cancel orders, and report activity where legally required, if we reasonably believe products are being acquired for prohibited uses.
