Why "Protocol"

A protocol is a written method. The same steps, in the same order, every time, so a result can be trusted and repeated. That's what this company is named for.

Every lot goes through the same one: sourced from a contract synthesis supplier, sent out for independent analysis, logged against its certificate, stored at −20 °C, and released for sale only if it meets specification. Same steps, every lot, all of it written down.

Third-party tested, every lot

We don't run the assay ourselves, and that's deliberate. An independent analytical laboratory measures purity and identity, and we publish their certificate rather than our summary of it. A purity figure carries more weight when whoever reported it had nothing riding on the answer.

Our release specification is 98%

98% HPLC purity. If a lot's certificate comes back under specification, it doesn't go on the site.

What the certificate shows

The lot number. The measured purity. The laboratory that ran the test, and the date they ran it. You read the document, not our paraphrase of it.

Certificates are per lot

The certificate covers the material in your hand — not a sample from some earlier batch. Many suppliers post one certificate per product and leave you to assume it applies to your vial.

Verify your own vial

The lot number is printed on every label. Enter it on our verification page and you get the certificate for that exact lot. You don't have to take our word for any of the above.
